"You", "player", and "user" refer to anyone who accesses and uses this platform.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between the user and the platform. However, it does not include any legal action or deceptive promises. Players are responsible for checking whether their participation complies with the laws of their own region.

Access Requirements

To use the platform, players must meet the following requirements—

  • Must be 21+. No underage player is permitted to play under any circumstances.

Deposit methods available at skm8d are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks (for any method).
  • Deposits are typically credited to the platform almost instantly.
  • Players may only deposit using their own payment method; third-party deposits require prior approval.
  • Fraudulent or irregular deposits (including money laundering) will be blocked immediately and any bonuses will be voided.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals are preferred to be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
  • To withdraw a balance that includes bonus funds, the wagering requirement below must be met (see Section 6).
  • Withdrawals may be held until a player's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
  • The platform reserves the right to investigate any withdrawal suspected of involving money laundering.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirement

The skm8d welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement is bonus amount × 10.

Example Calculation —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 24,000 Ks bonus → balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering: 24,000 × 10 = 240,000 Ks must be wagered
  • Deposit 520,000 Ks → receive 300,000 Ks bonus → balance 820,000 Ks → Wagering: 300,000 × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks must be wagered

If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, any balance derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Only the deposited amount will be withdrawable.

  • Check each bonus's individual limits and validity period in the promotion details.
  • Stacking multiple bonuses is not allowed — only one bonus may be active at a time.
  • Do not attempt to exploit bonuses — accounts found abusing bonuses may be closed.
  • The platform reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus without prior notice.
GAMEPLAY

Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

General Gaming Rules

Games offered at skm8d use a Random Number Generator (RNG) or Live Dealer format to ensure fair play.

  • Each game's rules, minimum and maximum bets are shown within the game before you play.
  • If a disconnection occurs during play, the platform's records will be used to determine the outcome, and that outcome will be treated as the official result.
  • Players can check their game history in their account.
  • If there is a dispute, the platform's server records will serve as the final decision.
  • Players must understand that they can lose money and play by their own decision.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform—

  • Accessing or attempting to breach the platform's software, code, or API without authorisation
  • Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated playing technology
  • Collusion (players working together to gain an unfair advantage over other players)
  • Using the platform for money laundering
  • Opening an account with false personal information or initiating chargebacks
  • Intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform
  • Physically threatening or harassing staff

If any of these actions are found to have been committed, the player's account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance (including non-bonus funds) will be subject to a decision. Cases that require legal action may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

  • Modifying or reverse engineering the content is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

skm8d provides its services on an "AS IS" basis—

  • The platform is not responsible for players' gaming losses.
  • The platform cannot provide financial compensation for game interruptions caused by technical issues (server downtime, connection loss) — however, any interrupted game will be resolved according to the recorded data.
  • The platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (payment gateways).
  • In any circumstance, the maximum compensation we may provide will not exceed the deposit amount the player has put in.

Account Closure and Suspension

The platform may close or suspend a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

  • A breach of any of these terms is found
  • Fraudulent or irregular financial activity is found
  • The player requests their own account closure (self-exclusion)
  • Deletion of an inactive account

After account closure, any withdrawable balance (non-bonus funds + funds that have met wagering requirements) will be handled according to the platform's decision. If a player needs to follow up on this matter, they can contact the support team.

Changes to Terms

skm8d reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly.

  • For major changes, players will be notified in advance via email or on the platform.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
